A Hybrid Plan


MiVeda developed the MiVeda Compensation Plan as a unique "hybrid plan".

The plan incorporates several traditional aspects of MLM plans and draws them together into a hybrid.

The front end of the plan is unilevel.

Unilevel plans allow distributors to be paid very well early in their careers. However, unilevel plans usually do not provide distributors with suitable long term income. As well, unilevel plans tend not to encourage distributors to build “depth”. To resolve this issue, MiVeda developed an "hour glass" plan which pays distributors much more long term income and rewards distributors who build depth.

The back end of the plan is a "pooled breakaway” plan.

The pooled bonus structure creates a percentage monthly "pool" which is shared by all eligible distributors. This pooled bonus structure allows MiVeda to reward senior distributors with incredibly lucrative bonuses. The pooled bonus structure also fosters team building and cooperation amongst MiVeda distributors, and encourages senior distributors grow the MiVeda business together (i.e. if the total monthly pool is larger, the pooled bonus will also be larger).
